  • Numbing cream may be applied at home prior to follow up treatments.
  • Allow 20-30 minutes for completion of the procedure.

How it Works?

GAINSWave® is a revolutionary male sexual performance procedure that uses low-intensity sound waves (also referred to as acoustic wave therapy) to improve sexual function in men, even if they suffer from a medical condition such as Erectile Dysfunction (ED) or Peyronie’s disease.

The GAINSWave  procedure breaks up plaque formation in blood vessels and stimulates the growth of new blood vessels in the penis. This increases the blood flow to the penis and improves sexual function. In addition, the GAINSWave procedure activates the growth of new nerve tissue in the penis.

This process, called neurogenesis, enhances sensitivity in the penis. Because GAINSWave uses low-intensity sound waves and is non-invasive, it is often referred to as Low-Intensity Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (LI-ESWT).

In 6 to 12 sessions each taking between 15 to 20 minutes, GAINSWave treatments:

GAINSWave and Peyronie’s Disease Treatment

Peyronie’s disease or Peyronie disease is a connective tissue disorder that can affect men of any age or race. Peyronie’s disease is characterized by fibrous scar tissue that forms beneath the surface of the penis. This scar tissue can often make it problematic to have a normal erection.

Men with Peyronie’s disease have a pronounced, often painful curvature of the penis. The curvature can cause painful erections, and may make normal intercourse difficult or impossible.

GAINSWave® has been shown to be an effective procedure to breakdown the scar tissue and reduce the curvature of the penis for someone suffering from typical Peyronie’s disease.

Nearly 80% of men with Peyronie’s Disease also report some degree of Erectile Dysfunction (ED).

Conventional ED treatments, such as oral ED medications, are not recommended for men who have ED and Peyronie’s. Oral medications such as Viagra, Cialis and Levitra increase blood flow to the penis, but do not address the root cause and lessen the scar tissue causing Peyronie’s and are not recommended.
