Jessica Fuentes, NP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She has an interest in Women’s health and wellness, to include urinary health, and treatment of perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause symptoms. She is board-certified in Family medicine. She treats male and female patients, but her main focus is women’s health and wellness. She is certified in Botox and Dermal filler injections. She is trained and performs microneedling, vaginal rejuvenation, IPL and Diolaze treatments, skin care, and peptides.  

Jessica grew up in Carmel, IN, but spent most of her life in Columbus, Ga. After graduating from Columbus State University, she received her BSN degree, and worked in Emergency Medicine as an RN for 8 years. She completed her Master’s program at Troy University. She then received her FNP license. She worked in Urgent Care for a year but has spent the rest of her career as an NP here at Urology Center of Columbus.
